It helps a great deal if you include your iOS version, your device model, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Replies are usually sent within a few days.
Why does the green camera indicator stay on?
That dot is drawn by iOS itself whenever an app has the camera active, and
apps cannot switch it off. Image Mapper shows the camera feed on screen only —
nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
Do I need any other equipment?
The scan is displayed on the device screen. To keep it as a photograph you
photograph the screen with a separate camera capable of a long exposure,
ideally on a tripod.
Image Mapper does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no login, and the app makes no network connections of any kind.
With your permission, the camera is used as a live image source that is drawn on the screen for slit-scan playback, and for taking a photo to scan. The video feed is never recorded, never saved, and never transmitted. It exists only while it is on screen.
With your permission, a photo you select is loaded from your photo library and processed entirely on your device so it can be played back. It is never uploaded. If you take a photo inside the app, it is saved to your own photo library on your device and nowhere else.
Your playback settings — speed, bar size, gesture assignments, countdown length, sound on or off, and so on — are saved locally on your device so the app remembers them. They stay on the device and are removed when you delete the app.
The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Image Mapper は、いかなる個人情報も収集・保存・送信しません。 アカウント登録もログインもなく、アプリはネットワーク通信を一切行いません。
許可をいただいた場合、カメラはスリットスキャン再生の映像ソースとして画面に 表示するため、および撮影のために使用します。映像が録画・保存・送信されること はありません。画面に映っている間だけ存在します。
許可をいただいた場合、選択された写真を写真ライブラリから読み込み、再生のために 端末内だけで処理します。アップロードは一切行いません。アプリ内で撮影した写真は、 お使いの端末の写真ライブラリにのみ保存されます。
再生スピード、バーサイズ、ジェスチャの割り当て、カウント秒数、効果音のオン/オフ などの設定は、アプリが記憶するために端末内にのみ保存されます。これらは端末の外に 出ることはなく、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
本アプリの年齢制限は 4+ で、お子様を含むいかなる利用者からもデータを収集しません。
